Please vacuum the areas to be cleaned and move any small items or breakables. We'll move light furniture like chairs and coffee tables. Heavy items like beds, wardrobes and large units need to be cleared beforehand.

We find it very difficult to give an accurate quote over the phone without seeing the carpets first. We charge per square metre and can only give you an honest price after an on-site assessment. All quotes are free and no-obligation.

Please hoover your carpets and clear the floor area before we arrive. Please note that we do not move large items of furniture, but we will work around them. We apply a biodegradable pre-spray to break down soiling before the main clean.

Unknown, aged or set stains cannot be guaranteed as we don't know what has been used previously on the carpet. We use specialist deodorisers and our eco-friendly Micro-Splitter solution to give the best possible results.
